We also collect technical diagnostics, including errors, loading times, estimate-step activity, and limited images of the roof preview to investigate display problems. Diagnostic images are limited to the roof view, which may show the property and surrounding imagery. They do not record contact forms or your entire screen.

To measure our advertising, this site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API: they record which steps of the estimate you reached and, when you send us your details, a scrambled (hashed) form of your name, email, phone, and town, so Meta can match your request to the advertisement you clicked. We never send Meta your details in readable form.
